100 Night Comfort Trial

A new bed is an investment for years to come and meant to greatly improve the quality of your sleep… and life. As such, we offer a 100 Night Comfort Trial, giving you the time to test your bed and be certain that you’ve made the right choice. It does take time for your body to adjust to a new bed, so do give yourself a few weeks before making the final decision.
100 Night Comfort Trial Terms & Conditions:
- The 100 Night Comfort Trial only applies to Bed Sets (bases and mattresses purchased together) valued at R4 999 (Four Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety-Nine Rands) and above.
- You will be required to purchase a Mattress Protector on the same sales invoice as your bed. Should you not purchase a new mattress protector your mattress may not be exchanged.
- Your bed set has to be delivered by Ismails Furnishers or its duly appointed agents to ensure no damages occur during transport.
- Bed Sets must be tried for a minimum of 30 nights before an exchange takes place.
- Comfort Trial exchanges must be for a product, equal to or greater in value than the original purchase.
- All delivery costs associated with Comfort Trial Exchanges will be for the customer’s account.
- In order to carry out a Comfort Trial Exchange the bed set must be in 100% perfect condition, as determined by Ismails Furnishers i.e. no damages, stains, spills, frays, unsanitary marks or smells etc.
- The Comfort Trial Exchange is not valid on warranty exchanges, special orders, clearance/discontinued products, floor models, pillows or mattress protectors.
- The 100 Night Comfort Trial only allows for one exchange per person / purchase.
- An admin charge of 10% of the value of the original purchase will apply and must be settled before any exchange can take place.
- The Comfort Trial does not affect the Factory Warranty.
