Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please ensure you inspect your order upon delivery or collection and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. In these instances do not accept the item as no claims will be entertained for cosmetic damage after the item is delivered or collected.
For any non-cosmetic issues please log a support call or contact us.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Delivery and/or Installation Costs.
- Gift Cards
- Clearance and Discontinued products.
- Final Sale, Special Order, Customised or Personalised Items.
- Bedding Products For Hygiene Reasons (Except under the terms of our 100 Night Comfort Trial).
- Any item not in its original packaging / condition.
- Any damaged or abused items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (between 7-10 working days).
All delivery costs associated with returns will be borne by the client and covered by part of the refund, if applicable. For exchanges, delivery costs must be settled prior to the exchange taking place.
