Shipping policy

When will my order be delivered?

Deliveries are carried out Monday to Saturday during our working hours.

Orders are processed within 2 business days and you will receive an email or phone call confirming your delivery details and time.

Once your order is processed - deliveries within 50km of our store for in stock items will be despatched within 4 working days. For deliveries over 50km’s away, you will be contacted to arrange a delivery date, between 5 - 10 working days from order placement, for in stock items. 

We will do our best to call you before your delivery is despatched to ensure someone is present to receive the order, however it is the responsibility of the client to ensure someone is present to inspect and accept the goods.

What is the delivery cost?

Deliveries within 50km's of Middelburg for purchases over R10 000 – FREE (Online Only)

Deliveries within 50km's of Middelburg for purchases less than R10 000 – R300

Delivery rates outside of Middelburg are calculated based on the distance from our store.

Who will deliver my order? 

Our in house delivery team or authorised logistics partners will deliver your order. This will be confirmed prior to delivery taking place. Please note we only deliver to physical addresses.

Please ensure someone is present to receive the goods when delivered. A redelivery fee will be charged should no one be present to accept the goods.

Your delivery rate will be calculated at checkout and confirmed by email.

COLLECTIONS

All goods are available for collection at our main branch at no charge; Ismails Furnishers, Shop 40, Eastdene Shopping Centre, 255 Cowen Ntuli Street, Eastdene, Middelburg (Click for directions). 

Please allow 24 working hours (Monday – Saturday) for in stock order items to be ready for collection. You will receive an email or message notification once your goods are ready.
